Who We Are
Action Process Serving Ltd. regularly serves legal documents for over one hundred law firms in the Greater Vancouver area. As a company, we have been honing our expertise for over three decades. During that time, we have served documents and provided proper affidavits of service for law firms in every province in Canada, and in a majority of the states in the United States.
What Sets Us Apart
We are Rush Specialists. If it is possible to serve a document within the time restraints set out by our clients, we will make every effort to meet that deadline.
Our fee schedule incorporates many built-in cost saving structures to reduce fees. We also provide discounts and goodwill adjustments for our regular clients.

Rod Livingston has been a proud member of NAPPS since 1987. This membership gives Action Process Serving Ltd. access to over two thousand process serving companies throughout North America and in 18 other countries.
Members of NAPPS are guided by the association’s code of ethics. Whether service needs to be effected in Vancouver or elsewhere, our clients can be assured that their service requests will be handled in a prompt and professional manner.

Lunch Draw
Action Process Serving Ltd. continues to draw six winners a month for their lunch draw for a $35.00 gift card of your choice to either Earls, Milestones, Cactus Club or the Keg Restaurant. Action will also hold 2 dinner draws for $100.00 gift cards which will be held on July 1st and January 1st each year, covering all entries from the previous six months.
All completed services will be automatically entered for the draw. If you don’t have a current service, call us to be entered.
